Job Summary
Provide premium guest service at Comerica Park, delivering information on parking, ballpark services, and concessions; assist guests by giving directions and other information, proactively address guest needs, and resolve questions or concerns in a professional, polite manner. Engage with guests to enhance their experience, assist with wheelchair escorts, monitor cleanliness and safety in assigned areas including premium Club spaces, and work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to stand for long periods, work long hours including nights, weekends and holidays, and report to work several hours before events. Requires 18+ and reliable transportation; background checks will be performed.
