Job Summary
Greet guests as they enter and exit the venue, communicating policies and procedures to ensure an exceptional experience. Act as a helpful customer-facing staff member by answering questions regarding upgrades, merchandise, and ADA accommodations while directing restroom and coat check lines. Resolve guest concerns as the primary point of contact, reporting maintenance issues to managers and assisting with VIP programs. Set up and break down stanchions, tables, and signage inside and outside the venue, adhering to safety and security protocols. Work music hall concerts, Foundation Room events, and special events throughout the building in a part-time role starting at $20 per hour. Requires high school diploma, two years of customer service experience, and flexibility for nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- Flexible schedule
- Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, and occasionally carry up to 50 lbs
- Strong sense of teamwork
- Ability to execute responsibilities
- Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
- Acceptance of all venue events which includes various cultures, music & art forms

- Prior experience working in a concert venue or working events
- Bilingual
