Guest Services - Cashier

Provide exceptional customer experience in a retail setting by greeting customers, assessing needs, and guiding them to appropriate selections. Responsibilities include assisting management with merchandising and operational procedures, maintaining stock levels and presentation, ensuring signage is current, rotating stock, cross-training across departments, efficiently operating the POS, and contributing to floral and home décor displays. The role requires strong written and verbal communication, good customer service, the ability to work in varied environmental conditions, multitasking, independence or teamwork, and strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Physical duties include standing and occasional lifting. This position is hourly and non-exempt.
