Job Summary
Guest Services - Cashier at Germantown, WI. Responsibilities include greeting customers promptly, helping customers determine their needs and educate them to choose the right selections, operating the POS to scan items, accept payment, and bag merchandise, stock and rotate products, ensure merchandise presentation and signage is current, and assist with merchandising and operational procedures. Cross-train across departments and participate in learning and development activities. Requires enthusiasm for customer experience, strong communication, teamwork, and a passion for horticulture and seasonal home décor.
Required Qualifications
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Passion for horticulture, yard/home décor, and seasonal merchandise
- Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environmental conditions
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently or within a team
- Great organizational and problem-solving skills
