Guest Services - Cashier

Greet customers promptly to create a welcoming retail experience; assist customers in identifying needs and selecting products; operate the POS accurately, process payments, provide receipts, and bag merchandise; maintain stock levels and ensure merchandise quality and presentation; assist with merchandising, floral and home décor displays, and rotate products as directed; participate in cross-training across multiple departments and engage in ongoing learning and development activities; strong written and verbal communication and exceptional customer service skills; ability to work in both indoor and outdoor conditions and collaborate with team members to meet business needs.
