Job Summary
Greet customers to create a welcoming retail experience; assist customers in assessing needs and educating them to select right products; support merchandising and display duties including floral and home décor; manage stock levels and signage; operate POS for checkout; cross-train across departments; participate in learning and development activities; must enjoy horticulture and seasonal merchandise; capable of working in both indoor and outdoor conditions with strong customer-service focus and teamwork.
