Guest Services - Cashier

Provide excellent customer experience in a retail environment by greeting customers, assisting with selections, operating the POS to process transactions, stocking and merchandising products, maintaining signage and displays, and collaborating with management and teammates. Responsibilities include cross-training across departments, supporting floral/decor displays, keeping shelves and backrooms organized, and participating in ongoing training and development. Strong communication, customer-service skills, ability to work both indoors and outdoors (rain or shine), multitasking, and independent or team collaboration are required. Previous horticulture or yard/home décor interest is preferred.
