Job Summary
Guest Services - Cashier role in Greenfield, WI. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with product selection, operating the POS, handling transactions, stocking and merchandising merchandise, ensuring signage is current, assisting with floral decorations and home décor displays, and collaborating with management on procedures. Requires enthusiasm for customer experience, strong communication skills, ability to work in various environments (indoors/outdoors), multitasking, and willingness to cross-train across departments. Good written/verbal communication and a passion for horticulture and seasonal décor are desired. This is an hourly, non-exempt position.
Required Qualifications

- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptionally customer service oriented
- Able to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
