Job Summary
Guest Services - Cashier role in a retail setting requiring enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with needs, educating customers on selections, operating the POS accurately, stocking and rotating merchandise, ensuring signage is current, cross-training across departments, and contributing to floral and home décor displays. Strong communication, teamwork, and customer-service skills are essential, along with the ability to work in varied indoor/outdoor conditions and adhere to merchandising and operational procedures.
