Job Summary
Guest Services Attendant responsible for marina/restaurant customer operations with a focus on delivering exceptional guest services. Duties include greeting guests, expediting requests from clients, answering phone calls and relaying messages, maintaining professional relationships with agencies, contractors, vendors, and customers, and creating a welcoming environment. Must excel in a fast-paced setting, project a professional image, and work under pressure; ability to lift up to 30 pounds, swim or wear a life jacket when needed, and work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
