Job Summary
Provide outstanding customer service to Museum visitors by orienting guests, answering questions, processing payments for admissions and memberships, and promoting memberships. Actively promote Museum programs, events, and activities while maintaining clean and safe exhibits and visitor areas. Prepare exhibits for opening and closing, assist with after-hour events, and participate in special events and staff meetings. Work onsite in Everett as a part-time role requiring 15-20 hours per week, with availability for evenings and weekends. Pay is $20 an hour. Candidates must be available to work weekends and evenings.

- Must speak and hear sufficiently to communicate clearly in person, over the telephone, and in small groups
- Must have mental stamina for problem solving and dealing with stressful situations
- Must be able to prioritize multiple tasks
- Must be able to interpret and apply oral/written instructions
- Must be able to bend, carry, reach to the side, front and overhead, push, pull, walk, stand, twist and squat, grab, squeeze
- Must be able to occasionally be exposed to outdoor elements including high and low temperatures, precipitation, and wind
- Must be able to occasionally be exposed to small and/or enclosed spaces
- Must be onsite in Everett
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience preferred
- Experience working in a retail setting
- Computer skills using Word and Excel desired
