Job Summary
Act as the first point of contact for guest information and problem-solve to achieve guest resolution. Complete product knowledge training to effectively answer guest inquiries and promote facilities, amenities, and activities. Exhibits a friendly and professional demeanor in all interactions. The role requires standing for the majority of each shift and working weekends, holidays, and special events.
