Job Summary
Greet guests at the Mundelein Community Center front entrance, perform front desk operations, and assist with online account navigation. Process registrations, memberships, and payments using ActiveNet software while handling cash and card transactions accurately. Conduct facility tours for prospective members, monitor incoming messages, and run necessary computer reports. Test the indoor swimming pool for pH, chlorine, and temperature levels, documenting results per schedule. Perform opening and closing duties, update facility news, and assist with employee training. Monitor safety conditions and report accidents immediately to supervisors. Work varying hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- High school degree
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge and familiarity with computer software programs
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- CPR, First Aid and AED Certification required
- Bi‐lingual
