Guest Services Attendant

Guest Services Attendant for the Residence Club at Four Seasons Scottsdale. Responsible for the arrival and departure experience of owners; Bell Attendant duties including transporting luggage and storage items; maintain cleanliness of Fitness Center, lobby, public areas and back-of-house areas; assist in Guest Services areas (front drive, handling luggage, accommodating guest requests) and monitor for engineering needs in guests’ common areas; must have previous Guest Services experience in a luxury hotel/resort preferred; English proficiency required; ability to stand/walk/run for up to 8 hours; able to work in desert climate.
