Job Summary
Guest Services Attendant needed to handle guest service duties at the front desk, including program registration, point of sale, answering phones, sustaining a clean and welcoming lobby, and assisting participants with policies and procedures. Responsibilities include cash handling, public relations, and conflict resolution to ensure a positive experience for participants; required to interact with a diverse public, learn registration software, and maintain professional demeanor in a busy, visible environment. CPR/AED/First Aid certification is required within 60 days of hire. This is a part-time role based in Wheat Ridge, CO.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Some computer knowledge/experience; experience in customer service and registration software is preferred
- Ability to work in a highly visible work environment and interact with customers of varying demographics
- Maintain positive public relations; able to learn office procedures and operate cash register and office equipment
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Adult and Pediatric CPR, AED, and first aid certification through the American Red Cross, the American Heart Association, or equivalent (within 60 days of hire)
