Job Summary
Guest Services Attendant responsible for cleaning guest rooms, public areas, and halls; will live on property to provide on-call support and fill in with other departments as needed. Duties include cleaning, dusting, waxing, scrubbing, polishing rooms; stocking carts; greeting guests; replacing linens; managing waste and lost-and-found items; ensuring rooms are secured; reporting damages; assisting housekeeping management; light bulb replacement; restocking and organizing linen closets; and occasional setup for events. Must be available for on-call needs and housing is provided.
Required Qualifications
- Less than high school education; or up to six months related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be able to speak English to communicate with guests.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach and operate cleaning tools and equipment.
