Job Summary
Ensure guests are treated efficiently and courteously while addressing all concerns and completing follow-ups. Assist in daily room inventory maintenance to optimize revenue and maintain high guest expectations. Maintain a clean environment both front of house and back of house. Check in guests during peak hours and answer questions to ensure an enjoyable stay. Work 8-hour shifts ranging from 7am-3pm to 3pm-11pm in a team environment. This role offers opportunities for advancement and utilizes your people skills to uphold hospitality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Highly organized.

- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
