Job Summary
Manage cash register operations, process admissions and refunds, and sell tickets for memberships and attractions while adhering to strict OSHA safety regulations. Inspect and operate park attractions, issue membership cards, and resolve guest challenges to maintain high standards of professionalism. Provide coverage for lunch hours, PTO, and special events like Wildlights and Howl-O-Ween, ensuring a safe workplace for visitors and staff. Contribute to desert conservation by reducing waste and inspiring guests to take environmental actions.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Computer literate
- At least 1 year of practical experience with cash handling
- Knowledge of point-of-sale system
- Working in a busy office
- Sales and customer service background
- Good driving skills
- Current driver's license
