Job Summary
The Guest Services Associate - Part Time is a guest-facing role responsible for staffing various guest service areas of the Museum, including ticket taking, reception, and wayfinding. This position requires proactive engagement with guests, providing information about Museum offerings, handling sales transactions, and maintaining cleanliness in guest areas. The associate will communicate effectively with visitors, assist with reservations, and promote membership sales. Qualifications include a high school diploma, relevant customer service experience, and the ability to work flexible shifts. Strong interpersonal skills and basic computer knowledge are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or the equivalent
- 1 year of experience in high-volume guest destination venue (museum, theater, theme-park, stadium)
- Prior retail or customer service experience
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills as outgoing, problem-solver with strong customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of computers and Microsoft software
- Able to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends & holidays
- Must be at least 18 years old

- Ability to speak Spanish
