Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of the JCC Private Locker Room for both men’s and women’s facilities, provide superior customer service to members and guests, maintain records and logs for amenities and safety (including COVID-19 protocols and chemical testing), monitor and maintain the cleanliness and functioning of whirlpool, steam room, sauna, and showers, manage towels and supplies, coordinate with Membership Management and Sodexo, greet members, assist with appointments for Massage and Chiropractic, and participate in agency-wide programs and promotions to ensure efficient operation.
Required Qualifications
- First Aid and CPR/AED certifications preferred
- Proven customer service (communication) skills
- Ability to troubleshoot amenities (whirlpool, steam, sauna)
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel
- Ability to work in multiple computer programs -Daxko, Group Ex Pro and MindBody.
