Job Summary
Welcome families to the House, manage check-ins, check-outs, and visitor registration, and orient guests to amenities while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment. Uphold organizational policies by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and responding to emergencies, ensuring all interactions reflect core values of compassion and integrity. Coordinate transportation, connect families to support resources, and supervise volunteers by reinforcing procedures and providing guidance. Maintain accurate records in the guest database, monitor supply levels, and complete facility walk-throughs to ensure cleanliness and security. Accept donations, issue receipts, and collaborate with vendors and leadership to support daily operations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years of related experience in a family-centered hospitality, nonprofit, or human services environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong computer skills and comfort using basic office software and communication platforms
- Ability to work respectfully and effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures
