Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service to Nova Wild guests across gift shop, train operations, and food service locations. Manage POS transactions, cash handling, and credit card processing while preparing food and managing inventory. Perform trash pickup, restroom spot cleaning, and stocking duties. Operate the Drive-Through Safari and assist with setup and breakdown for special events. This seven-day-a-week role involves flexible scheduling between 8:30 am and 5 pm, with some night shifts for events. Candidates must be at least 16 years old with a valid Virginia driver's license and pass a background check.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old
- High School diploma or GED; or currently enrolled in school
- Must possess a valid Virginia driver's license
- Clear criminal background check
- Pass drug test
- Must be available for seven day a week operation
- Must be available for work hours between 8:30 am to 5 pm
- Must be available for any of the seven days of the week
- Must be available for some nights for special events
