Job Summary
Welcome guests with a warm demeanor, answer questions about programs and policies, and efficiently handle check-ins and registrations. Manage phone calls and emails, process payments and cash transactions with accuracy, and maintain the cleanliness of the front desk area. This role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required. Metro Stars Gymnastics seeks a people person to ensure an exceptional experience for all valued guests.

- Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred
