Guest Services Associate

Welcome and assist patients, families, and visitors entering the hospital and residing in waiting areas by delivering a high level of service during every encounter. Protect the safety of the organization and entrances by exercising independent judgment when screening those entering. Act as a liaison between patients, guests, staff, and providers to ensure facilitation of requests with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism. Solve problems of limited complexity and refer more complex issues to higher levels. Identify possible crisis or emergency situations and direct actions appropriately. Perform other related duties as assigned while maintaining complete confidentiality and demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills. This full-time role requires weekend availability, a variable shift schedule of 72 hours per pay period, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs and assist in patient transfers. Candidates must have at least three years of hospitality or related experience, with MOAB training required within six months of employment.
