Job Summary
Answer guest inquiries and direct calls promptly, providing store information and resolving returns or gift card issues. Manage daily prioritization of special orders, deliveries, and HL2GO processes while executing accurate POS functions and drawer counts. Serve as the store's primary point of contact for SOPs, alerting supervisors to guest or staff concerns and assisting with opening/closing tasks. Create display boxes for charity auctions and maintain guest service supplies. Navigate the store to assist guests with locations and stay current on events and product demos.
Required Qualifications
- Full-Time & Part-Time / Required availability: open, weekend, holiday availability
- Ensures all calls to the store and in-person guest interactions are answered in a friendly, professional and timely manner
- Remains diligent about reading Guest Service emails promptly
- Provides immediate assistance to the Front End regarding Guest returns, issues gift cards
- Prioritizes tasks for the day such as special orders, deliveries, call backs, and HL2GO
- Remains a point of contact for any store Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Communicates often with the rest of Guest Service and with the Front End Supervisors
- Creates display and on-demand gift boxes for Guests as well as charity auctions
- Maintains supplies for Guest service to utilize
- Takes on projects and tasks as outlined by Front End Supervisor and/or ASMs
- Knows the store inside and out
- Assists guests with navigation
- Stays on top of store events: staff events, schedules, product demos
- Executes POS process for HL2GO orders
- Reviews all orders to be sure they are accurate and organized for pick-up
- Alerts the Front End Supervisor, ASMs, and SD to any Guest and/or staff issues
- Performs Opening and Closing tasks efficiently
- Operates basic POS override functions for cashiers
- Counts in and counting down drawers
- Makes change
- Holds basic Front End operational responsibilities in assisting cashiers with POS functions
