Job Summary
Go Rentals is seeking a Guest Services Associate focused on delivering exceptional hospitality and first-class service to high-profile guests. Responsibilities include engaging with guests, providing personalized service, and collaborating with a team. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, have experience in sales and customer service, and communicate effectively in English. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and preference is given to those with experience in the aviation or hospitality sectors.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Unrestricted Driver’s License
- One to two years of driving experience
- 21 years of age or older
- Experience in Sales and Customer Service
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Basic English proficiency
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Aviation, Auto Rental, Guest Services, or Hospitality
- Willingness to travel for extended periods
- Smartphone/tablet/technology savvy
- College degree
