Job Summary
Provide friendly guest check-in during peak hours, address guest concerns, supervise bell staff, maintain room inventory status, and ensure service standards. Fast, fun, and friendly is emphasized as you help guests have an enjoyable stay and answer questions. Must be able to work 8-hour shifts (7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am) and collaborate with a team to deliver quality hospitality and customer service. Strong organization, clear verbal and written communication, teamwork, and basic computer skills are required.
Required Qualifications
- Highly organized
- Thorough knowledge of guest service and satisfaction
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Most tasks performed in a team environment with the employee acting as a team leader
