Job Summary
Guest Services Associate at Bloedel Reserve responsible for welcoming guests, assisting with admissions, membership, and retail sales, and answering inquiries. Roles include processing admissions, programs, and sales using ticketing and POS systems, handling phones and emails, maintaining a clean Gatehouse/shop, supporting guest flow during busy events, escalating complex issues to management, and collaborating with the Guest Services team. Requires strong customer service skills, ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment, weekend availability, and comfort with technology. Training is provided; position offers 16-25 hours per week, with three seasonal part-time hires through August. Compensation ranges $17.75-$18.50 per hour. Occurs on Bainbridge Island, WA; in-person (no remote option).
Required Qualifications
