Job Summary
Ensure all guests are treated efficiently and courteously while addressing concerns and completing follow-ups. Assist in daily room inventory maintenance to optimize revenue and maintain high guest expectations. Supervise bell staff activities to ensure arrival, departure, and all guest contacts are conducted efficiently and friendly. This role requires a thorough knowledge of guest service, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead within a team environment. Shifts range from 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am. Required Qualifications
