Guest Services Associate 3pm-11pm

Ensure guests are treated efficiently and courteously while addressing all concerns and completing follow-ups. Supervise bell staff activities to maintain optimal service levels during arrivals, departures, and guest interactions. Assist in daily room inventory maintenance to achieve revenue targets while meeting high guest expectations. This role requires a thorough knowledge of guest service, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to function effectively as a team leader. Shifts range from 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am.
