Job Summary
Fast, fun, and friendly are the core traits for the Guest Services Associate role. You’ll check in guests during peak hours, maintain a courteous, energetic guest experience, help answer guest questions, and support the bell staff to ensure smooth arrivals and departures. You’ll participate in daily tasks such as maintaining room inventory status to optimize revenue and guest satisfaction, and you’ll lead a team in delivering efficient, friendly service. Required Qualifications
- Ability to work 8-hour shifts including mornings, afternoons, and overnight
