Job Summary
Guest Services Assistant responsible for hosting groups and events, assisting with check-in/check-out, ensuring guest needs are anticipated, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Requires serving as host to groups, assisting with group check-in/check-out, coordinating with group leaders during sessions and meals, maintaining radio communication with guests, and performing physical duties including lifting heavy objects and operating a golf cart. Must be able to read/write English, work evenings/weekends, and meet attendance requirements. Two years of camping ministry or hospitality experience preferred along with a high school diploma or GED. Required Qualifications
