Deliver exceptional reception and front-of-house services as the face of hospitality for visitors, clients, and employees; manage guest pre-registration and check-in, coordinate meeting room bookings and event support; maintain immaculate front-of-house spaces and assist with mailroom operations; use Slack and REWS/Traction Guest Management System to handle inquiries and requests; liaise with security, facilities, and event teams to ensure health and safety compliance and seamless guest experiences; demonstrate strong customer service, organization, and problem-solving in a fast-paced corporate office environment.
