Job Summary
Guest Services Ambassador responsible for visitor registration and meet & greet, front-of-house management of lounge and meeting spaces, AV liaison with IT, room booking and restricted room management, handling general line communications via Skype, Outlook, Teams and WhatsApp, issuing and tracking access cards, mail/parcel handling, and supporting daily administrative tasks and monthly reporting. Requires 2-3 years in a corporate environment with experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related field, and the ability to interact professionally with staff at all levels; proficient in collaboration tools and able to coordinate with Security and Workplace teams. Location is on-site in Singapore.
