Job Summary
Greet guests upon arrival at Huntington Bank Field, provide excellent customer service, and proactively assist with questions or concerns. Direct fans to seating areas and restrooms while enforcing all stadium policies and procedures. Report incidents to Team Leaders and thank guests upon departure. Maintain a friendly, professional appearance and stand for extended periods in all weather conditions. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays for all Cleveland Browns home games and special events. Requires passing a criminal background check and drug screening, with availability to work full stadium events.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first mindset
- Ability to consistently present in a friendly, approachable and professional manor including a well-groomed appearance
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and navigate stairs throughout the venue
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions including outdoors
- Reliable transportation to and from Huntington Bank Field
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, all full stadium events that include concerts, major special events and all Cleveland Browns home games
- Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- Must be at least 18 years of age
