Job Summary
Guest Services Ambassador role at Accor involves managing the Guest Service Centre to ensure efficient handling of guest requests and calls, maintaining up-to-date PMS records including the Telephone Book, following brand standards, and following SOPs for emergencies and service issues. Responsibilities include optimizing flow to maximize guest satisfaction, following up on unresolved voicemails/messages, and ensuring facilities are orderly and secure, with emphasis on delivering heartfelt hospitality as a Heartist®. The position requires a hotel management graduation, additional travel & tourism certifications, and at least 6 months of experience in a similar role. The work is located in Mumbai, India, and is in-person.
