Job Summary
Greet and register guests upon arrival by verifying reservations, addresses, and credit information while coding electronic keys and providing welcome packets. Process payments at registration and checkout, including cash handling, foreign currency conversion, and gift certificates, while maintaining an accurate daily house bank report. Manage guest inquiries via GXP chats, book reservations, and assist the concierge with mail and local attraction information. Resolve guest complaints by negotiating solutions and adhere to safety, security, and standard operating procedures. Handle miscellaneous charges, control safety deposit boxes, and carry out supervisor requests in accordance with hotel policies. Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

- Ability to handle cash and balance cash drawer

- ability to partner with management and other employees in a professional manner
- At least 1 year of Hospitality Related Experience
- Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 40 pounds frequently to assist guests
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to hear, understand and communicate orally and in writing
- Ability to bend and twist, push and pull, stoop, and kneel
- Ascend and descend a ladder
- Will be required to work flexible scheduled shifts based on business needs
- Scheduling includes holidays, nights, and weekends depending on hotel events and functions
