Job Summary
Guest Services Agent responsible for welcoming guests, registering guests, handling payments, and providing information on hotel facilities and local attractions. Duties include maintaining a house bank, posting charges, assisting concierge with mail/facsimiles, processing reservations, guiding guests through the check-in/check-out process, handling foreign currency exchanges, and ensuring guest satisfaction by addressing complaints and delivering on the hotel’s service standards. Requires customer-service orientation, effective communication, basic computer skills, cash handling, ability to upsell rooms, and the ability to work flexible schedules including holidays, nights, and weekends. At least 1 year of hospitality experience and knowledge of the local area are preferred.
Required Qualifications
