Job Summary
Overnight Guest Services Agent responsibilities include greeting guests upon arrival, handling check-ins/check-outs, delivering mail/packages, coordinating services with Resident Services, Leasing, Maintenance, and Management, providing information on transport/local amenities, diffusing conflicts, performing administrative duties, coordinating move-ins/move-outs and elevator reservations, assisting with phone/email communications, recruiting partners for Onni Rewards, maintaining cleanliness of amenity spaces, and supporting guest relations and resident events. Key skills include exceptional front-desk customer service, strong organization and time management, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and effective interpersonal communication. The role requires a High School level education, proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, and a flexible schedule that includes weekends or overnight shifts.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Proficiency in MS Project, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Windows
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a very high paced work environment
- Professional, team-oriented and good work ethics
- Ability to be flexible, positive, outgoing, personable and relate well with diverse populations and age groups
- Must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends, holiday and/or overnight
