Guest Services Agent (Onsite - Dallas, TX)

Guest Services Agent responsible for coordinating catering operations and delivering exceptional guest service within Air Culinaire Worldwide. Works with multiple departments to ensure accurate order processing, pricing, and client satisfaction; duties include managing phone queues, emails, order documentation, applying promotional codes, upselling menu items, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring QC and timely invoicing. Requires strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, ability to multitask, and schedule flexibility including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Bachelor’s in Hospitality or Culinary field preferred but HS diploma or equivalent is required. Aviation experience is a plus.
