Job Summary
Guest Services Agent/ Night Auditor (Part-Time) provides front desk and guest services support, handling check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries with hospitality, accuracy, and courtesy. Responsibilities include processing payments, maintaining records, handling guest requests, coordinating with housekeeping/maintenance, and performing night audit procedures when scheduled. Requires strong customer service, English communication, cash handling, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and flexible availability for day/evening shifts, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts. Prior hotel front desk experience and familiarity with Marriott front office systems are assets. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
