Job Summary

Welcome guests, register arrivals, and process check-outs while managing billing inquiries and payment authorizations. Verify room statuses, update logs, and coordinate special requests with Housekeeping and other departments. Handle daily cash deposits, drawer counts, and shift checklists while maintaining accurate guest folios. Respond promptly to guest concerns and promote resort amenities by staying informed on facilities and hours. Follow safety protocols and uphold company standards during all interactions.
