Job Summary
Greet and escort guests, handle cash drawer and float per MOHG manuals, coordinate with Concierge/Housekeeping/Reservations/Room Service, respond to guest requests promptly, and maintain grooming and image standards. Stay current with hotel procedures via daily Front Office briefings and communications boards; assist with historical data requests for the Accounting Department; support safe and compliant operations per Fire Life Health Safety and HACCP standards; perform night shifts and contribute to achieving high guest satisfaction and the mission statement of Mandarin Oriental Macau. The role emphasizes courteous, efficient service, collaboration with hotel departments, and adherence to quality standards to deliver legendary experiences.
