Job Summary
Guest Services Agent responsible for greeting and checking in guests, escorting guests to their rooms, addressing guest preferences from profiles, handling cash per policy, coordinating with Concierge, Housekeeping, PBX, Reservations and Room Service to fulfill guest requests, and maintaining knowledge of hotel outlets and products. Requires front office experience in a luxury hospitality environment and strong communication, organizational, and service-oriented skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and HMS.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year Front Office experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a 5-star hotel environment
- Previous experience working in the Middle East Region is an advantage
- Strong command of Microsoft Office products ,HMS
