Guest Services Agent

Greet visitors, staff, and patients at Essentia Health's St Marys Medical Center with a professional, warm, and accepting demeanor. Answer internal and external calls while acting as the primary information source for campus navigation, visitor needs, and community resources such as lodging and transit. Direct and escort individuals to specific destinations, assist with wheelchair security, and deliver flowers or belongings to patients and staff. Provide patient information as appropriate and help visitors enter the facility. Requires a minimum of one year in an information or hospitality desk role and Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within six months. Day or evening shifts with no call obligation.
