Job Summary
Greet guests and provide professional service throughout their stay, including check-in, check-out, and handling billing requests. Process payments and maintain accurate guest information and front office records while communicating needs to hotel departments. Keep the front desk and lobby clean, organized, and professional, adhering to all hotel, brand, safety, and union procedures. Maintain confidentiality of guest information and records while working flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and cash-handling skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
