Job Summary
Guest Services Agent coordinates catering operations for Air Culinaire Worldwide, delivering bespoke guest service and client loyalty under supervision of the Guest Services Manager. The role involves active collaboration with Operations, Network, IT, Finance, and Marketing & Sales to ensure accurate order processing, pricing, and quotes; use of company software to determine suppliers; e-filing and coding of orders; researching custom item pricing; communicating with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues; applying credit matrix and promotional discounts; upselling menu items; and conducting routine QC to ensure accuracy and proper fees. The position requires strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with basic computer tools (Outlook/Word/Excel), the ability to multi-task, and the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or Culinary Field preferred; prior experience in catering/culinary operations or hospitality is expected, with aviation experience considered a plus. Pre-employment background checks, drug test, MVR (where applicable), and E-Verify are required.
