Job Summary
Manage reservations for vacation rentals via phone, email, and online travel agencies like Airbnb and Vrbo, confirming bookings and handling cancellations or alterations per company policy. Provide availability information to current and prospective guests over multiple channels while addressing special requests and issues with empathy. Coordinate assignments with third-party service providers for maintenance and housekeeping, track completion, and monitor recurring repairs. Collect funds for rent, taxes, and fees, and accurately enter data into internal systems. Greet visitors in the office and perform other property management functions as requested by the supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years minimum experience in Hotels, Vacation Rentals, Sales or Customer Service
- 2 years sales and/or reservations teams experience
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in the office
- Reliable transportation to and from work
Desired Qualifications
- Associates degree
- Experience in rental management or hospitality services
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
