Job Summary
Welcome after hours guests and complete check-in processes while ensuring customers receive a high level of service consistent with our philosophy. Coordinate with Office and campground staff for late arrivals, problem resolution, and LP gas tank filling during office hours. Perform light custodial work, pool maintenance, and day-use pass facilitation for mountain bike guests. Observe the property to ensure guest and campground safety, enforce policies, and operate the Campground Management system using Microsoft Teams. Work evenings Thursday through Monday and daytime shifts depending on occupancy, reporting to the Outdoor Guest Services Manager. Maintain a professional appearance, communicate patiently, and assist with general maintenance tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Good customer service and communications skills
- Able to work with others and work independently
- Licensed Driver-able to operate light vehicles safely on and off property
- Professional Appearance and attitude towards guests and fellow team members
- Communicate professionally and patiently
- Be on your feet during shift and able to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- General knowledge of maintenance and use of common repair tools
