Job Summary
Guest Service Support Experts take the initiative to deliver a range of services to ensure food and beverage operations run smoothly, including setting tables, assisting the kitchen, cleaning work areas, and replenishing supplies. They must create a safe workplace, follow policies and procedures, maintain a professional appearance, and be on their feet and moving for extended periods. They read and visually verify menu information, and perform tasks such as lifting/pushing/pulling objects (up to 25 pounds alone, up to 50 pounds with assistance) with overhead reaching, bending, twisting, and stooping as needed to support guests and the business.
